Services

Sri Siva Construction provides:

• Residential construction and renovation
• Commercial building projects
• Interior design and decoration
• Project management and consultation

Project Terms

All construction projects are subject to:

• Written contracts and agreements
• Local building codes and regulations
• Permit requirements and approvals
• Timeline estimates based on project scope

Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• Initial deposit upon contract signing
• Progress payments based on milestones
• Final payment upon project completion
• Late payment fees may apply

Warranties

We provide warranties on:

• Structural work: 10 years
• Electrical and plumbing: 5 years
• Finishing work: 2 years
• Materials as per manufacturer specifications

Limitation of Liability

Sri Siva Construction's liability is limited to the contract value. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, permit issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Direct negotiation
• Mediation if required
• Arbitration as final resort
• Jurisdiction: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
